I'm really proud of this one. That's because it was taken by my young son on our photo outing today He used his little $150 digicam. He told me to come see these flowers. They seemed nice, but I wasn't impressed enough to take a single photo of them myself. Meanwhile, he kept studying and composing his subject...and this was the result. Shows what I know. He got the shot of the day, so he gets on DA again.

What a great composition on this. The lovely purple flowers and their green stems look wonderful against that blue sky and white clouds. Looks like your son is following in his Dad's footsteps in photography. Great job!
So sweet indeed...a lovely composition, and the little missies look proud to be showing their beautiful colors. I love the purples and the softness of the clouds. Excellent.

Wow, those are some cool looking trees. What an amazing talent, though I can't say I'm surprised. I'm just surprised at it blooming so soon. I'm in utter awe.

I saw this and the first thing I thought was: Rock On! I know it's not terribly eloquent, but first impressions are important, right? Tell your son that he is my hero for the day. What an amazing eye! I'm such a fan of the less common view of things.
